Russia’s Battlegroup Center inflicted up to 435 casualties on Ukrainian troops and destroyed a tank in its area of responsibility over the past day in the special military operation in Ukraine, TASS reported citing the Russian Defense Ministry.
"Battlegroup Center units gained better lines and positions and inflicted damage on manpower and equipment of three mechanized brigades, two assault brigades, an airmobile brigade, a jaeger brigade, an unmanned systems brigade, an assault regiment, a National Guard brigade and an Omega special forces unit of the Ukrainian army in areas near the settlements of Lenina, Udachnoye, Kotlino, Muravka, Grishino, Krasnoarmeisk, Novosergeyevka, Peschanoye, Petrovskoye and Belitskoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said in a statement.
The Ukrainian army lost up to 435 personnel, a tank, two motor vehicles and five field artillery guns in that frontline area over the past 24 hours, it specified.

Russia’s Battlegroup South inflicted roughly 285 casualties on Ukrainian troops in its area of responsibility over the past day in the special military operation in Ukraine, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup South units improved their tactical position and inflicted losses on formations of five mechanized brigades, an airmobile brigade, an assault brigade, an unmanned aerial systems regiment and a territorial defense brigade in areas near the settlements of Verkhnekamenskoye, Staraya Nikolayevka, Seversk, Aleksandrovo-Kalinovo, Belokuzminovka, Novoolenovka, Novaya Poltavka and Konstantinovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said in a statement.
The Ukrainian army lost an estimated 285 personnel, a tank, an infantry fighting vehicle, a US-made M113 armored personnel carrier, a US-made 105mm M101 artillery gun and four motor vehicles in that frontline area over the past 24 hours, it specified.

"Battlegroup East units kept advancing deep into the enemy’s defenses and inflicted losses on manpower and equipment of two mechanized brigades, an airmobile brigade, a territorial defense brigade and a marine infantry brigade in areas near the settlements of Razliv, Zelyonoye Pole, Zaporozhye, Voskresenka and Volnoye Pole in the Donetsk People’s Republic," the ministry said in a statement.
The Ukrainian army lost more than 110 personnel, an armored combat vehicle, a motor vehicle, three field artillery guns and an electronic warfare station in that frontline area over the last 24 hours, it specified.
Ukraine loses more than 95 troops in Belgorod area over 24 hours
Russia’s Battlegroup North has carried out strikes on eight Ukrainian formations over the past 24 hours with enemy losses amounting to more than 95 military personnel, the ministry said.
"In the Belgorod area, units from the Battlegroup North have delivered strikes on personnel and hardware from three mechanized brigades, two Ukrainian assault regiments and three territorial defense brigades in the vicinity of the villages of Prokhody, Turya, Malaya Rybitsa, Petrushevka, Mikhaylovskoye, Veliky Prikol and Miropolskoye in the Sumy Region," it said.
According to the Defense Ministry, the enemy losses included over 95 troops, an armored personnel carrier, two armored combat vehicles, three motor vehicles and a field artillery gun.
Russia’s Battlegroup Dnepr destroys up to 60 Ukrainian troops over past day
Russia’s Battlegroup Dnepr destroyed roughly 60 Ukrainian troops in its area of responsibility over the past day in the special military operation in Ukraine, the ministry reported.
"Battlegroup Dnepr units gained better positions and inflicted losses on formations of a mechanized brigade, three coastal defense brigades and a territorial defense brigade in areas near the settlements of Tyaginka, Burgunka, Nikolskoye, Antonovka and Dneprovskoye in the Kherson Region," the ministry said in a statement.
"As many as 60 [Ukrainian] military personnel, three motor vehicles, an electronic warfare station and an ammunition depot were destroyed," it said.
Russian army hits UAV assembly facility, operator training center
Russian troops involved in the special military operation in Ukraine have hit a drone assembly facility and a center for training UAV operators over the past 24 hours, the defense ministry said.
Russian tactical aviation, strike drones, missile forces and artillery have struck a drone assembly facility, a training center for drone operators, ammunition depots, as well as concentrations of Ukrainian manpower and equipment and foreign mercenaries in 139 areas, the news release says.
Russia downs 2 Ukraine’s JDAM bombs, 177 drones over past day
Russian air defense systems have intercepted 2 Ukraine’s JDAM bombs, an Uragan multiple rocket launcher shell and 177 drones, including 94 over Russia, over the past day, the Defense Ministry said in a statement.
"Air defense systems took down 2 US-made JDAM guided aerial bombs, an Uragan multiple launch rocket and 177 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles, including 94 over the territory of the Russian Federation," the statement said.
Since the beginning of the special military operation, 660 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 49,424 drones, 601 anti-aircraft missile systems, 22,632 tanks and other armored vehicles, 1,533 multiple rocket launchers, 23,172 field artillery and mortars, and 33,592 special military vehicles have been eliminated.
