Ukrainian militants make daily attempts to cross Russia’s state border, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the heads of municipalities in the Kursk Region, TASS reported.
"Every day the enemy makes attempts to cross the state border of the Russian Federation," the head of state told the meeting held on May 20.
