Thursday "Al-Jazeera" TV channel aired an audiotape with a message allegedly coming from "Al-Qaeda" leader Bin Laden. In it terrorist No.1 threatens the US with new terror attacks which, he says, his group has already been preparing.

"Our operations are at the stage of being prepared, and you will see them at your homes as soon as we are through with preparations", says Bin Laden in his message.

At the same time Bin Laden offered US citizens a truce in exchange for a US troop pullout from Iraq and Afghanistan. According to the terrorist, the offer is made because of the growing anti-war sentiments in the United States.

US security officials have already confirmed the authenticity of the international terrorist's voice on the tape. Nonetheless, Washington has said that no negotiations with terrorists are planned.

"We do not negotiate with terrorists, we put them out of business", White House spokesman Scott McClellan told journalists in Washington. He emphasized that US President George Bush is set to use all his authority to "prevent any fresh attacks" on the United States.
