Iran has decided to immediately resume work on uranium enrichment. Moreover, the Iranian government has denied IAEA experts access to its nuclear facilities under surprise inspections protocol.
Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadi-Nejad has already directed his country's nuclear energy agency to resume full-scale work on uranium enrichment. Earlier Iranian parliament had reaffirmed the president's power to decree the resumption in the event of the IAEA referring Iran's "nuclear dossier" to the UN Security Council.
On Saturday the IAEA Council of Governors passed a resolution envisioning the referral of the information about Iran's nuclear program to the UN Security Council.
