Mullah Dadullah, the "Taliban" military chief, has phoned the Afghan Islamic Press Agency to announce that the "Taliban" movement has offered to pay a reward of 100 kilos of gold to whoever kills the authors of the cartoons satirizing the Prophet Muhammad.
"Taliban will give 100 kilograms of gold to anyone who finds the cartoonist whose drawings were published in the Danish newspaper and kills him", said Dadullah.
A reward has also been promised for killing servicemen from Denmark, Germany and Norway. "Taliban" gunmen have promised to pay out 5 kilos of gold to anyone who kills a soldier from one of those countries. According to Dadullah, after the publication of the Prophet caricatures in the European press the number of suicide bombing volunteers has considerably grown.
