Starting from April 1, average old-age pensions in Russia will go up by over 200 Rubles. Besides, average monthly disbursements will rise by over 70 Rubles, head of the Russian Pension Fund Gennadi Batanov told journalists today.
Next year, said the official, the increment of old-age pensions will amount, on the average, to over 400 Rubles. Today old-age pensions in Russia average 2,500 Rubles (about $90) a month.
