Russian vice-premier Dmitry Medvedev has proposed yet another, the fifth, nation-wide project. It should be, he says, the gasification of the whole country. D. Medvedev, who oversees in the cabinet the running of the four already existing nation-wide projects, has made this proposal in the course of a meeting of the President with cabinet ministers.
"At the end of this week a meeting of the Council for National Projects is scheduled to be held under the President's chairmanship. We shall sum up the results of four months of work, discuss the problems and consider the fifth quasi-national project, that is, the gasification of the Russian Federation", D. Medvedev said.
