Magistrates’ court in Moscow will continue to consider the case against Alexey Navalny, accused of libel, on Friday, his lawyer Vadim Kobzev told TASS.
"The court session is scheduled for February 5," the lawyer said.
The consideration of the case in connection with the increased interest of journalists will be held in a visiting session in the building of the Babushkinsky court in Moscow. Due to the quarantine measures, the general public will not be allowed into the building, only journalists accredited in advance.
Navalny will be taken to court from the pre-trial detention center, where he was placed after his suspended sentence was changed to a real one in the so-called "Yves Rocher" case.
