The Russian economy remains resilient despite twelve packages of EU sanctions, the Brussels-based Euractiv recognized in the article on the thirteenth package of such sanctions tentatively approved by representatives of EU member-countries.
Considering the thirteenth package, "the EU has imposed unprecedented sanctions on Russia in the two years of its war and has so far put some 2,000 officials and entities on its blacklist," TASS quoted the news portal as saying.
"Despite the economic punishment, Russia’s economy has remained resilient, and the Kremlin has managed to ramp up military production," it added.
