The "Moody's" international rating agency has upgraded the rating of Russia's foreign currency liabilities, as well as of government bonds in foreign and local currencies, from Baa3 to Baa2.
According to the agency's specialists, the upgrading became possible not only due to the oil super-revenues, but also as a result of Russia's reasonable budgetary policies, stable political situation and desire to pay off its external debt before schedule.
