A spokesman of the Russian Interior Ministry has said that a top-notch specialist in bombing has been detained in Chechnya. The gunmen planned to use him in bombing attacks during the forthcoming parliamentary election in the republic.
The bombing instructor, a certain Aslambek Tempiyev, was apprehended at an apartment in the course of a special operation conducted in Lenin District of Grozny last Sunday.
