Ukrainian premier Yuri Yekhanurov has again said that the Ukrainian leadership may review the lease price of the facilities used by the Russian Black Sea Fleet in the Crimea, in the event of Russia raising the price of its natural gas.
Answering a question about the possibility of raising the rates for Russian gas transport over Ukrainian pipeline system and the lease price of the facilities used by the Russian Black Sea Fleet in the Crimea, the Ukrainian premier said in a live broadcast on a private Ukrainian radio station: "Yes, of course, it would be only natural".
However, according to Yekhanurov, any revision of the agreement on the temporary presence of the Russian Black Sea Fleet on Ukrainian territory has not been under consideration.
"We are not revising any agreement, and we wouldn't like that question to be politicized", he added.
