Commenting on the media reports foretelling her upcoming visit to Moscow to hold talks with Russian PM Mikhail Fradkov, Ukrainian Premier Yulia Timoshenko said she was ready for the meeting.
Yu. Timoshenko was certain the talks would be held at the highest level and would be to the benefit of both states. Earlier the Russian General Prosecutor's Office had declared Yulia Timoshenko as internationally wanted in connection with her giving bribes to a Russian state functionary. Yu. Timoshenko did not specify neither the date, nor the venue of the possible future talks.
As for the criminal case brought against her, it would probably be closed, or Yu. Timoshenko would be re-qualified as a witness.
In any case, Yu. Timoshenko would come to Russia on a diplomatic passport, so she would be immune to arrest.
