At its session today the Estonian government decided to foot the bill for the erection of a monument to Estonian SS-men.
For that purpose 5,800 Euros have been allocated from reserve funds. About 800 Euros go to pay the expenses of transporting the 2-tonne monument to the station of Lagedi near Tallinn, the remainder will cover the cost of making the pedestal, decking up and lighting the square where a private "museum of the fight for the liberation of Estonia" is situated and where the monument will be erected.
